UN Stamps Used for Mailing
United Nations stamps in United States denominations are valid for postage only if mailed at United Nations Headquarters in New York City. Stamps in Swiss franc denominations are valid for postage only if mailed at the Palais des Nations, Geneva, Switzerland. Stamps in euro denominations are valid for postage only if mailed at the Vienna International Centre, Austria.
Price
Stamps are on sale at face value. UN/Geneva and UN/Vienna stamps are on sale at U.S. equivalent rates, rounded up to the nearest cent.The U.S. equivalent of the euro and Swiss franc denomination stamps is subject to fluctuating exchange rates. Postage stamps and stamp related products purchased from the United Nations Postal Administration are not subject to sales tax.
Orders
All orders are filled subject to stock being available. Where specific orders cannot be filled in their entirety, the balance of the customer’s remittance will be credited to his/her account.
Marginal Inscriptions (M.I.)
The marginal inscription normally consists of the United Nations emblem and an appropriate text, in four positions on each sheet. A block with marginal inscription can be obtained only with a minimum order of 4 stamps of Commemorative, Definitive or Airmail issues irrespective of face value.
The Marginal Inscription can be chosen as well when ordering a First Day Cover with a block of four stamps.

Sales and Exchanges
Every effort is made to provide UNPA customers with material of the highest philatelic quality. Therefore, all sales are final and no exchange or refund will be made except if stamps are received in damaged condition.
Conditions
The United Nations Postal Administration reserves the right to limit quantities on individual orders at all times and to withhold the official UN cancellation from any material that is deemed inappropriate.
Postage and Handling Charges
At this time, there is a $5.00 postage and handling charge applied to all regular orders through our website. All orders valued at $200.00 and over will be sent by registered mail. This fee is charged to the customer’s account.
