Mail Order Delays
Because of the ongoing heightened security measures at the United Nations, all incoming mail received at United Nations Headquarters is subject to increased screening and processing. incoming mail and orders addressed to the United Nations Postal Administration have also been affected by these delays. On average, it takes approximately 2-3 weeks from the time an article is posted for it to reach UNPA. Consequently, some customers have experienced delays in receiving their orders.
Many customers have been flooding the phone lines with enquiries about their orders. Please be assured that we are doing our best at UNPA to process your orders as quickly as possible.
